Implement ISO 9000 and prepare for external audit. Work with all onsite and offsite contributors to bring San Diego up to ISO standard. Wrote the System Quality Procedures Manual for SD facility. Led internal audits & facilitated corrective actions. Taught ISO stds at SD facility.

Management of release schedules Including plan preparation, revision and tracking according to schedule. Trouble shooting for release problems. Release Manager for Prism/DDM releases 3.1, 4.0, 4.1, 5.0, 6.0, 6.1, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0, and Liberator 1.0 beta.

QA Manager Jun 84 - Apr 85 (Personnel: 6 Quality Assurance Engineers)
Research SQA in industry and academics through journals and workshops. Tailor industry standards to ISSCO's needs to form a comprehensive SQA program. In August of 84, the methods were applied to a QA effort on a new product: IVISS Manager. The results were considered exceptional. Also, a major portion of my time went into release management.

Software and hardware maintenance. Supervise data entry for tree mortality simulations, equipment inventories, work distribution summaries. Collect data on forest insects, develop models of infestations and evaluate the impact of stand condition on course of infestation events.
