Research SQA in industry and academics through journals and workshops. Tailor industry standards to ISSCO's needs to form a comprehensive SQA program. In August of 84, the methods were applied to a QA effort on a new product: IVISS Manager. The results were considered exceptional. Also, a major portion of my time went into release management.
Maintenance of ISSCO products: Tellagraf, Disspla, Tellaplan, Data Connection, and Cuechart.
Maintain and trouble-shoot graphics software on several machines: (in order of familiarity) VAX, UNIVAC 1100's, Honeywell GCOS, Honeywell DTSS, Honeywell GE, Honeywell Multics, Infonet.
